Technical Tours Sponsored by Industrial Companies:

Last updated: 12/11/04

You are cordially invited to one of the technical tours to take place on the Monday afternoon, October 25, 2004.

They are sponsored by the four Japanese private advanced IT companies, Fujitsu, NEC, Toshiba, and Hitachi. One who would like to participate are kindly asked to specify one of the tours on the registration form for reservation. It is free of charge to join, although the transportation cost is at your own expense. As the number of the participants to each tour is limited, the reservation will be on the first-come-first-serve basis.

After the registration, the corresponding organizer will contact you directly and send detailed information by email.

Each tour program will operate in the following way. Those who have received a confirmation from the contact person of each organizer are expected to come individually to the gathering location at the specified time as shown in the following descriptions. The locations specified are all busy railway stations so that you will need more concrete, detailed spot information to join the group. For this, you are requested to communicate closely with the contact person. The transportation information shown in the description is the trip fare from Kichijoji Sta., where the main hotels are, to the gathering station, and the time it will take to get there. Each train route require one or two train changes. For you to be there in time, it is recommended to have a good time margin.

If you have any questions in general, please contact the workshop secretariat.
