Transportation:Transportation between the Narita International Airport and the workshop hotelsTo get to the hotels in Kichijoji from the Narita International Airport, you can take a Narita Express train of JR (Japan Rail) at the airport to JR Tokyo Sta., and then change the train taking a Chuo Line train to Kichijoji, which will take about 70 minutes and 40 minutes, respectively. Another workshop hotel in Musashi-sakai is located at JR Musashi-sakai Sta. Musashi-sakai is only two more stops from Tokyo on the same Chuo Line than Kichijoji.To get the Narita Express time talbe, please visit the following: http://www.jreast.co.jp/nex/from_narita.html Although it shows other destinations such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro and Omiya, Shinagawa, Yokohama and Ofuna, they are not for you. Please be careful that your destination is Tokyo. JR trains are "color-coded", i.e. the bodies of the trains and the lines on the maps are colored so that each line has a corresponding color in general. The Chuo Line is given a color of orange (near red). Transportation between the hotels and the workshop venueThe workshop will provide free bus services from the two hotels in Kichijoji shown above to the workshop venue and from the venue to the hotels, before and after the workshop only. Hotel Mets in Musashi-sakai is closer to the venue than Kichijoji, and the participants staying at this hotel are requested to use a train. Kokubunji is only three stops from Musashi-sakai (7 minute ride). To participate in the banquet, all participants will go the main hotel, Kichijoji Dai-ichi Hotel, by the chartered buses starting at the workshop venue. After the banquet, those who stay at Tokyu Inn Hotel may walk to return to their hotel, and those who stay at Hotel Mets in Musashi-sakai will be requested to use a train.
