Each oral presenter will be given 25 minutes for his/her presentation, including:

• 2 minutes for preparation
• 20 minutes for presentation
• 3 minutes for question-and-answering

The presentation equipment provided by the organizer will be a PC projector and an over-head projector (OHP), although PC presentations will be preferable. If you require other equipment, please contact the organizer.

Poster Presentation:

Each poster presenter will be given an A0 size board for his/her poster. The A0 size is 840mm by 1190mm. It will be hung in portrait from the ceiling by the chains provided by the organizer. The poster itself can be a single paper that fits the board, or multiple sheets of papers. To tack the paper(s), thumbtacks (drawing pins) will be prepared by the organizer. Pointing sticks will be also prepared.

The poster session will be for 120 minutes in the morning of Wednesday, 27th October. The first 60 minutes will be for the odd numbered papers, and the latter 60 minutes will be for the even numbered papers. By arranging this way, the poster presenters will be able to see other posters (not all, however). To get to know your poster paper number, please see the Preliminary Program.

Although the poster session will be as shown above, it is kindly requested that the poster presenters prepare their posters in the morning of Tuesday, 26th October, and remove them on Friday morning, 29 th October. By doing so, the organizer hopes that many participants may see the posters more closely during the workshop.
