Technical Demonstration Program

You are cordially invited to display your commercial products and research prototypes at the workshop site. There will be two kinds of demonstration corners; one is for commercial companies, and the other is for academic research groups. Those who have interests may borrow a space with a table, chairs, and necessary utilities on the following conditions.

Commercial companies:

The charge is 200,000JY for 3 days payable in advance. One person can be registered for the workshop with free of registration fee. That registration includes workshop attendance, one copy of proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, and one banquet ticket.

Academic groups:

Free of charge. One day only. Time slot will be allocated after the application.

Space and the utilities allocated:

• One table of approx. 1 m x 2 m
• Two chairs
• Five 100V electric outlets
• Internet connection
• No PC provided
• Space for one poster

Those of you who are interested in this program are kindly requested to send an e-mail message to the workshop secretariat, including your name, affiliation, contact, title of the demonstration, and short explanation. Please state the special requirements if you have. Our expectation on the total available numbers of the slots is 3 commercial demonstrations and 6 academic demonstrations, which may change depending on the number of applications. Due to the physical space limitation, the requests may not be always met.
