Paper manuscripts for review must be sent electronically to the program committee no later than April 5, 2004. The manuscript should be prepared as an A4-size (or letter-size), times font, 12point, single-column, single-space document, whose length is limited to 10 such pages including tables and figures. If you need a template for this manuscript, please click here. This length almost corresponds to the final camera-ready paper length of 6 pages whose format will be conformed to the specifications by IEEE Computer Society Press.

This web system will be open on Monday, February 16, 2004. Please visit the page, and register yourself as an author by clicking "Register." Your user ID need to be your e-mail address, through which you will be contacted throughout the reviewing process. You are requested to key in the title of the paper, and author names, and to upload your paper in PDF format. Please be sure to embed all the fonts used in the paper.

This web system now allows the authors to see their review results. Please log in as an author with your original ID and password, and then follow "Author" link and then "B. Register your paper" link.

To the authors of the accepted papers:

The proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press (CS Press). You will be contacted by the CS Press directly, soon after the notification. They will send you the Author Kit by e-mail, which includes the instructions for the final camera-ready manuscript and the copyright form. You are kindly requested to follow the instructions by the publisher, and send your final camera-ready to them directly. They will help you to finish the camera-ready through the direct communication between you and them. The due date of the camera-ready is July 5th as shown below.
